Managing Director
Lucy has overall responsibility for the creative direction of the company, as well as serving as an Executive Producer across the drama slate. Her recent credits include Three Little Birds, Domina, Peaky Blinders, Litvinenko, Viewpoint and The Good Karma Hospital. Prior to joining Tiger, she worked at Ecosse Films where she Executive Produced three seasons of the hit BBC1 series Mistresses. She cut her teeth at Granada Television producing and script editing much loved shows such as Cold Feet and the critically acclaimed film The Deal.
Chief Operating Officer
Helen is responsible for the day to day running of the business and ensuring that we put our shows at the forefront of everything we do.
A graduate from Hull University and a qualified Chartered Accountant, Helen started out in the TV industry working in finance roles at Planet 24, Ginger Television, SMG plc and UMTV before joining Tiger Aspect in 2007 as the Chief Group Accountant. She was promoted to Head of Finance in 2012, and further promoted to Chief Operating Officer in February 2015.
Helen is also a Board Trustee for LAMDA and a member of the Finance Committee.
Creative Director, Drama
Gabriel joined Tiger Aspect in 2023 and is responsible for steering the overall strategic direction of the drama slate, working closely with writers and talent to further build the drama pipeline, and also working as an Executive Producer on specific projects.
Gabriel was previously Director of Commissioning, Drama at Sky Studios, where his credits included Emmy and BAFTA-winning series Chernobyl and global hit Gangs of London and returning franchises Britannia and COBRA. Recent commissions included Mary & George and Day of the Jackal.
Gabriel joined Sky in 2017 as Senior Commissioning Editor and Executive Producer at Sky Studios before being promoted to Director of Commissioning in 2021. Prior to his time at Sky, Gabriel worked at a range of indies including Left Bank Pictures and Kudos.
Creative Director, Comedy
Tom joined Tiger Aspect in 2024 and is responsible for the overall comedy slate including development and production. Previously, he was an Executive Producer at BBC Studios responsible for hits including BBC One’s hugely successful and critically acclaimed comedy Here We Go. He has a raft of experience developing and producing comedy within the industry.
Head of Finance
Anmol heads up the finance team at Tiger Aspect. For his sins, he started his career in audit but managed to escape and pursue his passion in the television industry. He was previously Head of Group Reporting at Warner Bros. TVPUK and Group Financial Controller for television and film at The Anthology Group. He joined Tiger Aspect in 2022 from Bad Wolf.
Anmol has worked predominantly in the scripted genre across titles such as, The Goes Wrong Show, His Dark Materials and Industry, to name a few. Anmol has a wealth of industry experience and is a member of the ICAEW.
Head of Legal and Business Affairs
Rob joined Tiger Aspect as Head of Legal and Business Affairs in January 2023 as the latest chapter in a long and varied career in film and TV. Rob has worked for UK producers and broadcasters and US Studios across a range of scripted and non-scripted productions including Newsnight, Notting Hill, Elizabeth, Tales of the City, Randall & Hopkirk, Poirot, Marple, The Octonauts, Everyone Else Burns, Made in Chelsea, Real Housewives and Superstore. He has also led legal and business affairs teams supporting international distribution, acquisition, brand licensing and changed format businesses and managed the Downton Abbey Exhibition.
Development Producer Drama
Jamie began his career as assistant to Jonathan Cavendish and Andy Serkis at The Imaginarium before working on Channel 4’s new talent course 4screenwriting precipitated a move into television. He worked as a script editor for BBC Drama, on Doctors, Father Brown and Holby City. From there, he worked on a range of pan-European developments and productions for Studio Canal’s TV division, before working on Left Bank’s rebooted Strike Back for Sky One and Cinemax, and two series of Bad Wolf’s A Discovery of Witches for Sky One and AMC. As Development Producer, Jamie is working across a variety of projects on the slate and seeking out new projects and talent to add to it.
Development Executive Comedy
Malak entered the TV industry in 2016 as a member of Blue Peter’s production team. She worked as a Researcher and Assistant Producer in children’s television for four years, producing live studio shows and writing scripts for the CBBC presenters. Malak worked closely on the development of the return of cult-classic entertainment show Crackerjack, as well as BAFTA-winning scripted comedy Class Dismissed S5. With extensive experience across genres, Malak worked on flagship BBC One and Channel 4 shows, before joining independent film and TV company FilmNation, where she built her own slate across comedy and drama, with a focus on nurturing new talent. Joining Tiger Aspect in 2024 as Comedy Development Executive, Malak is delighted to be working on shows that are distinctive, entertaining and reflective of the diversity of our audiences. Malak started her own newsletter Broadcasting Marginalised Voices with the aim to amplify underrepresented perspectives and address the lack of equality in the British TV & Film industry.
Development Editor Drama
Zak graduated from The University of York in 2017 with a degree in English and Related Literature. After graduating, Zak briefly worked as a mentor at an inner-city London school, before joining Philippa Giles’ indie label Bandit Television as Team Assistant in 2018. He joined Tiger Aspect in 2019 and now works as Development Editor, across a slew of exciting projects on the development slate. In 2022, he was one of six selected for BBC/Eleven’s Duly Noted programme where he was mentored by Carissa Hope Lynch and Tolula Dada. He’s currently Assistant Script Editor on Sir Lenny Henry’s period drama Three Little Birds for ITV/Britbox.
Development Assistant Drama
With a passion for TV, Theatre and Film, Bella graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA Drama degree in 2021. Since then she went on to work as a production assistant on productions such as: ‘A Spy Among Friends’ with ITV Studios and ‘The Following Events Are Based on a Pack of Lies’ with SISTER. In September 2022, Bella moved in-house to work as front of house for Kudos and as their in-house script reader. Doing freelance script reading alongside her production career, she always loved the development side of Drama. Since April 2023, Bella has been working as Tiger Aspect’s Development Assistant for the drama team, where she is loving working with such a creatively driven team, finding new projects and helping to develop their already exciting slate.
Assistant to MD
Ye-Ye joined Tiger Aspect in 2024 having previously worked as the assistant to the Creative Networks team at Banijay Group throughout 2023. Prior to this, she had worked in the charity sector including local performing arts charities. Ye-Ye began her career in TV by being one of the selected delegates on ‘The Network 2022’, Edinburgh TV Festival’s entry level talent programme, where she had the opportunity to work alongside the Hollyoaks scripted team to develop a script during the festival and access the events which ultimately led to her landing her first job in TV. Ye-Ye has a passion for the arts and is also an avid podcaster and writer in her spare time.
Production Executive Drama
Kyla joined Tiger Aspect as a Production Executive in 2021 following a 17-year freelance career in both comedy and drama television, working on shows such as Benidorm, Crackanory, Still Open All Hours, Upstart Crow, Spooks, Law and Order and Silent Witness. During her freelance career she worked at Tiger Aspect as a Production Coordinator and Production Secretary. As a Line Producer she worked on Good Omens for Amazon & BBC and with Playground Entertainment across their slate from projects such as All Creatures Great & Small for Channel 5 & PBS, to Dangerous Liaisons for Starz.
Production Manager Drama
Lee started his career at the BBC working on five year-long series of medical drama Holby City. As a freelance Production Coordinator he worked on a range of scripted productions including River, Benidorm, French & Saunders and Upstart Crow. He joined the Tiger Aspect drama team as in-house Production Manager in 2019, working across all the department’s projects.
Senior Legal and Business Affairs
Roshini joined Tiger Aspect in June 2022 having previously worked at Channel 4 as a Legal and Business Affairs Manager across scripted Comedy and Drama. Prior to this, Roshini worked at Ingenious Media for nearly 5 years advising on multi-party television and film financing transactions, during which time she trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
Rights Manager
Dominic began his career in television at the BBC’s Commercial Rights department in 2008, before changing roles internally to gain production and research experience on programmes such as Talking Pictures, Wogan: The Best Of, and Star Wars at the BBC. In 2017 he returned to rights management when he joined the Legal & Business Affairs team at Tiger Aspect, where he works closely with production, finance and sales teams, and brings well over a decade of industry experience to a varied and challenging role.
Production Finance Manager
Mark joined Tiger Aspect as Production Finance Manager in November 2021 having previously worked within the Banijay UK & Endemol UK Groups for over 20 years, most recently as PFM for the Initial and Douglas Road labels. During his time in the Group he has taken on a number of finance rolls including management accountant & commercial accountant, moving into the Production Finance team over 10 years ago for a more hands on roll with productions, and becoming PFM in 2015. Shows he has worked on previously include Big Brother and Million Pound Drop. Mark now works across our slate of Drama and Comedy Productions.
Financial Accountant
Simon joined Tiger in 2021 as maternity cover. He qualified with CIMA in 2020, having worked across a few different industries including franchises, publishing, toys and media before finding a home at Tiger Aspect as Financial Accountant.
Royalty Accountant
Richard joined Tiger Aspect way back in 1996 as an Accounts Assistant. He has worked in all areas of the corporate finance function before becoming the Royalty Accountant in 2010, looking after Tiger Aspect’s vast back catalogue of shows.
